Ask about your repair01How much does glass or door repair cost?
There is no single price that fits every opening. Glass size and specification, damaged hardware or framing, access, and temporary protection affect the work. Ask for the scope and price before authorizing the repair.
02Is there a call-out or assessment fee?
Confirm any visit, assessment, and after-hours charges with Glassma before arranging attendance. Sending a quote request does not authorize a paid visit or repair. A written estimate should separate those charges from the permanent work.
03Can you replace just the glass and keep the window frame?
Often, if the frame and sash are sound and the glazing system allows it. If the surrounding parts are damaged or unsuitable, they may also need attention. The assessment should establish whether glass-only replacement is practical.
04How soon can the repair be completed?
Timing depends on the opening, available parts, and whether glass must be made to size. Call with your location if the property is exposed. Temporary protection and the final repair may happen on different visits.
05What do I need to get a quote?
Your name, a phone number or email, and a sentence about the problem. You do not need measurements or the name of a part. Mention your city in the description if you can.
06Can I call about damage outside normal business hours?
